Dotemu Releases Major Free Update for Windjammers 2
Dotemu has released a major free update for Windjammers 2, which brings exciting new additions to the game. The update includes two new playable characters, Jamma GX03 and Anna Szalinski. Additionally, it introduces “Lessons” and “Practice” modes, as well as new online features like lobbies and cross-play.
New Characters
- Jamma GX03 – Making her debut into the Flying Power Disc Federation is Jamma GX03, an android with well-balanced power and speed. Created by major sponsor Todemu, Jamma GX03 promises to bring a new era of competition to the windjamming sport.
- Anna Szalinski – Joining the roster is Anna Szalinski, who grew up in the circus before running away. She is a slower, yet extremely powerful weightlifter. Anna is determined to win the cup and use her position to defend animals and seek revenge on abusive circuses.
New Modes
- Lessons – With the new Lessons mode, players can learn all the moves in the game. Dive into How To Play mode and explore various aspects, including Movement, Shots (lob, curbed, slap, and drop), Jumps, and Super Shots.
- Practice – The Practice mode allows players to engage in matches against a CPU opponent. Customize settings such as Force service and difficulty levels to hone your skills.
New Online Features
- Lobbies – Join or create a Lobby to play with friends using a password. Utilize a range of settings to create the ultimate frenemy group of jammers.
- Cross-Play – Cross-play enables players on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation to join matches with those on Steam and Xbox.
Note Regarding Online Rankings
With the introduction of the new features, online rankings will be reset to zero. This means that players across all platforms have the opportunity to regain prestige and glory in the game.
