The women’s football club retained its lead in the international friendly tournament held in Al Khobar after defeating the Comoros in the second round match of the tournament with a clean double.
All matches will be played at the Prince Saud bin Jalawi Stadium in Al Khobar and our team is up to 6 points from two matches with Mauritius in second place with 3 points.
Al Akhdar beat Comoros 2-0 with two goals through Noura Ibrahim and Dalia Adel, and our team beat Mauritius in the first round with a goal without a response through Maryam Al-Tamimi.
The tournament started last Wednesday with our national team against Mauritius, and yesterday, on the first Sunday, met in the second confrontation with the national team of Comoros and will end his career against Pakistan next Thursday.
