The report also looks at Houthi abuses that have affected public and private property, most notably the looting by militias (4) of government facilities in the Al-Yatemah area of Love and Al-Shahaf district after they took control of it, while militia mines resulted in the destruction of about 73 vehicles, and a militia-caused derivatives crisis damaged 25 provincial-level farms.
