President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday visited the strategic city of Izyum, recaptured by Ukrainian troops in the Kharkiv region in the east of the country. This is the first visit to territory recaptured from the Russians this month in a counteroffensive. “Zelensky participated in the ceremony of raising the Ukrainian flag,” the 25th Mobile Brigade posted on Facebook. “Our blue and yellow flag is already flying over Izyum,” Zelenskiy said in a message attached to a photo of him with soldiers in the city, which he posted on his Telegram account.
