Al-Sheikh, along with the director of the Global Partnership for Education, reviews the Kingdom’s educational efforts.

On the sidelines of the New York Education Transformation Summit, HE Minister of Education Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh met with Charles North, Acting Executive Director of the Global Partnership for Education. education as a human right and the main driver of sustainable development, strengthening and development of human potential, and also referring to the efforts of the Kingdom to support educational projects around the world, as it is the biggest supporter of regional financial institutions such as; Islamic Development Bank, OPEC Fund (OFID) and Arab Development Bank in Africa, and commending the efforts of the Global Partnership for Education to support education systems around the world, especially in low-income countries and regions, and its role in achieving the goals sustainable development in these countries, as well as to discuss the future relationship between the Kingdom and the organization.
