The Kuwait State Human Resources Administration will launch the Taysir platform on May 29 to hire illegal bidoon residents to replace foreign workers in the private sector.

The director general of the authority, Ahmed Al Musa, said today in a press statement that the launch of the platform for registering private sector job seekers for the category of illegal residents is in agreement with the Central Agency to address the Situation of illegal residents.

Al Musa added that the platform is an institutional mechanism to more positively and effectively regulate the participation of illegal residents in the labor market in order to create more employment opportunities for them, adding that it aims to replace foreign workers with an interested group. in order to preserve the demographic structure, protect their rights under the auspices of the law and provide them with appropriate benefits through these opportunities, in accordance with their qualifications and inclinations.
