Since joining Al-Ittihad, Hegazy has appeared in 54 matches in which he has scored eight goals.
Hegazy joined Al Ittihad in October 2020 from West Brom on a one-season loan with contract purchase priority.
In June 2021, Al Ittihad club management activated a clause to buy Hijazi’s contract for two seasons following an agreement with the English club and the player.
