His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today met with Aissata Tal Sal, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad in the Republic of Senegal, at the headquarters of the Senegalese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the capital Dakar. The parties considered aspects of relations between the two fraternal countries, directions of bilateral cooperation and ways to strengthen and develop it in various aspects, and also discussed a number of issues of mutual interest.
During the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed regarding political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Senegal, which was signed by His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and from the Senegalese side, His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese abroad in the Republic of Senegal Aissata Tal Sal.
The meeting and the signing of the MoU were attended by Assistant Minister of State for African Affairs, Ambassador Dr. Sami Al-Saleh, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in Senegal Saad Al-Nafi and Director-General of the Cabinet of His Highness Foreign Minister Abdul Rahman Al- Daud.
