Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Malta, Jan Burg, visited Al-Ula, where he was provided with information about historical monuments and civilizations dating back thousands of years.
His Excellency was accompanied on his tour of the historic province by Deputy Foreign Minister Engineer Waleed bin Abdul Karim Al Khuraji, where the representative of the Royal Commission for Al-Ula province gave a detailed explanation of the programs and plans aimed at preserving the historical and human heritage in the province of Al- Oula, in addition to the vision of the future that she is witnessing, which will elevate the status of a global tourism destination, attracting international events and entertainment at the regional and international levels, in the light of the Kingdom’s vision for 2030.
On the trip, she was accompanied by the Ambassador of the Republic of Malta to the Kingdom, Dr. California Akilina.
