The Mexico national football team beat Iraq 4-0 in a friendly that brought them together on Wednesday night at the Monelevi stadium in Spain.
The Mexico Quartet was signed by Alexis Vega, Rogelio Funes Mori, Jesús Gallardo and Carlos Antona in minutes (4, 48, 67, 90 from penalties) respectively. This match was held as part of Mexico’s preparations for the 22nd FIFA World Cup, which will be held in Qatar from November 20 to December 18, 2022.
Mexico competes in Group C along with our national team, Argentina and Poland. Al-Akhdar starts their World Cup matches on November 22 against Argentina, then faces Poland on the 26th of the same month to end the group stage against Mexico on November 30.
