In pursuance of the instructions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Highness the Trustworthy Crown Prince – may God keep them – the Kingdom has signed a deposit agreement with the Central Bank of Yemen in the amount of (1,000,000,000) billion dollars, and it has been fully deposited for bank account. This support is a continuation of the aspirations of the Government of the Kingdom and its continued support in supporting the brothers in the Republic of Yemen in terms of development and economic development.
It is hoped, God willing, that this deposit will help build the capacity to implement the economic reform agenda of the Republic of Yemen, with the Arab Monetary Fund as Yemen’s technical body, so that it can contribute to economic stability.
