Yara Al-Haqbani of Saudi Arabia won the ITF International Tennis Championship in Bahrain, beating top seeded Russian Ermokova (6/2 – 4/6).
Yara added the singles title to the doubles title she won on Friday with her British counterpart Anbella Hristova.
Al-Haqbani found little difficulty in clearing the hurdle in the semi-finals, as she beat rival Isabella Ishtar Rano in straight sets 6-1 and 6/0 without a match.
Player Tamara Ermakova, who qualified at the expense of strong German Laura Meyser, 6/4, 6/3, in the second semi-final match.
