Kuwait’s interior ministry denied today, Wednesday, the veracity of social media reports that a car belonging to a bank was robbed.
The General Directorate of Security and Media Relations said in a press statement that the aforementioned incident was “a traffic accident between a garbage truck and a bus, in which 12 people were injured”, noting that “necessary measures” were taken at the time. And he urged everyone to check the validity of what is published or circulated in terms of security-related news and draw information from official sources.
