At the beginning of the conference, the Minister expressed her great welcome and satisfaction with the visit of His Highness the Minister of Foreign Affairs and his accompanying delegation to the capital Dakar and reaffirmed her country’s support for the Kingdom’s request for a World Expo. 2030 in Riyadh.

During the press conference, His Highness congratulated Senegal on its assumption of the chair of the African Union for the period (2022-2023) and sincerely wished Senegal success and success in serving the interests of the African continent. and to benefit him and the world by expressing his desire to convene a joint Saudi-Senegalese committee and sign a direct investment agreement between the two countries in such a way as to help strengthen bilateral relations and bring them to a level consistent with the aspirations of the leadership of the two countries.

At the end of the conference, His Highness the Minister for Foreign Affairs thanked the Republic of Senegal for supporting the Kingdom’s candidacy to host EXPO 2030, emphasizing the Kingdom’s continued commitment to working with Senegal in all areas and strengthening coordination at various levels.
