Major General Abdullah bin Saad Al Otaibi, Commander of the Facilities Security Forces, opened the 12th Ministry of the Interior Football Championship for Security Services for 2022, which is organized by the Saudi Sports Federation for the Internal Security Forces at the Stadium Facilities of the Institute of Security Forces in Riyadh and will last two weeks with the participation of eight teams representing the security sectors.
Major General Al Otaibi emphasized that the organization and holding of such tournaments is a continuation of the interest of the Ministry of the Interior in sports activities in the field of security, as well as the disclosure and development of the football skills of its employees, which contributes to the development of teams. level in local and international participations and competitions.
For his part, the head of the Saudi Sports Federation for the Internal Security Forces, Colonel Mubarak bin Saad Al-Bazi, explained that the organization of organizing this tournament aims to achieve a fraternal meeting between the employees of the security sectors, develop the physical and health of the guards and develop a competitive spirit among them. .
