During the telephone conversation, His Highness assured the safety of the two American prisoners who were received by the Kingdom today from the Russian side, emphasizing the interest of His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince and the Deputy Prime Minister – God bless him – in their safety.

His Highness also made it clear that the relevant authorities in the Kingdom are working to ensure that they leave for their country as soon as possible.
For his part, the US Secretary of State expressed his country’s appreciation for the efforts of His Highness the Crown Prince to mediate the release of two US prisoners.
