The State Attorney’s Office of the State of Kuwait ordered that the assailant of his wife be imprisoned and transferred to the central prison, and that the case be transferred from a misdemeanor to a felony because the accused was a drug user.
The Kuwait Ministry of the Interior confirmed that the incident was due to a family dispute between the man and his wife, explaining that the aggressor was transferred to the competent police station for the necessary legal action against him. As for surprise, the man justified his act by saying that during the investigation he stated that his wife was hired without his knowledge. He also added that he warned her that he did not want to and would not allow her to be hired, but she did it by force, he said, noting that he was surprised that she went to work in addition to the existence of previous disagreements between them.
