US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken confirmed his country’s support for the Presidential Leadership Council in Yemen.
During a meeting with Yemeni Foreign Minister Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak yesterday, Tuesday, he described the Presidential Leadership Council as a “valuable opportunity” for broader Yemeni representation.
The US State Department said it welcomes the Yemeni Leadership Council’s commitment to peace and stability efforts.
