At a time when the King of Britain, King Charles III, was leaving Scotland, bound for London to complete the funeral ceremonies for his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II, and the inauguration of the King of Britain, the captain of the plane was anxious to check on him long before takeoff.
Moments after the king entered the aircraft, the captain descended from it to begin a quick inspection of the wings, then the front, before returning to enter the aircraft and close its doors in preparation for takeoff.
